In compliance with our National Government, Sector Department legal requirements, and International guidelines and to maintain our drive for ZERO HARM, Sebilo Resources embarked on intensive programmes to manage risks and impacts associated with COVID-19 infection to our employees. By extension these are also intended to have a positive spinoff in our labour sending areas and communities within which we operate. Amongst other mitigation measures in place, COVID-19 Screening/Testing is conducted onsite and Health and Wellness programmes are in place and available to all our employees and contractors. By August 2020, 100% of employees that had tested positive for COVID-19 had recovered and returned to work. This is an encouraging indicator to the effectiveness of our employee wellness management programmes.
